Two men have been sentenced after being convicted of conspiracy to commit murder in 2018.
21-year-old Brandon Glasco and 36-year-old John Squires were arrested and charged in August 2018 following an extensive investigation dubbed Operation Tarantula. They were convicted of the charges back in June.
Glasco has been sentenced to five years less time served for the conspiracy to commit murder charge. Squires has been sentenced to a total of 8 years less time served on conspiracy, weapons and firearms charges.
Both men have been ordered to submit DNA samples.
As well, Glasco is banned from owning firearms, weapons, devices, and ammunition for life. Squires is banned from owning any firearms, crossbows, ammunition, and explosive devices for life.
Last month, 28-year-old Dustin Etheridge was handed a 10-year sentence for his role in the plot.
