There has been yet another suspicious fire in the Grand Falls-Windsor area—and this time an outdoor recreational structure was consumed.
The Grand Falls-Windsor Fire Department fought the blaze late last night at Gibson’s Field on the Corduroy Brook Nature Trail.
Chief Vince MacKenzie says the new building is a total loss.
It’s the latest in a series of suspicious fires in central Newfoundland over the past year or so.
