Premier Andrew Furey, Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Janice Fitzgerald and Health Minister Dr. John Haggie will be holding a media availability on Monday to make announcements on COVID-19.
An increase in cases across the province, including a cluster in Grand Bank, and an increase in close personal contacts has sparked the concern of health officials in recent weeks.
As well, last week Fitzgerald noted that conversations were happening about possibly tightening restrictions for rotational workers.
