Marine Atlantic is delaying some crossings of the Cabot Strait today due to impending weather conditions.

Crossings both to and from Port Aux Basques and North Sydney scheduled to leave at 11:45 a.m. have been delayed.

The boat leaving North Sydney for Port Aux Basques has been delayed until 11:15 p.m. tonight, while the crossing from Port Aux Basques to North Sydney has been delayed until 11:45 p.m., weather permitting.

Marine Atlantic is also advising customers that due to impending weather conditions both of those crossings could still be delayed or cancelled.
