A 29-year-old St. John’s man was arrested and charged for impaired driving after an unusual incident in Gander last weekend.
An RCMP officer on patrol on Raynham Avenue, a residential street in Gander, witnessed a vehicle lose control and spin 360 degrees in the road in the early morning hours of January 22nd.
Police say the driver failed a roadside breath test and later provided breath samples that were above the legal limit.
