The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary has issued a public caution following a pharmacy robbery yesterday in CBS.
Police say a significant quantity of narcotics were taken in the robbery. They caution that there may be serious health risks should such medication be taken improperly or in large doses.
Police did not offer specifics but it’s believed that there were armed robberies yesterday morning at the two pharmacies in Kelligrews within minutes of each other. Anyone with information is asked to contact the RNC or Crime Stoppers.
