Laura Winters is the new CEO of Stella’s Circle.
Winters has been working with community groups in the St. John’s area for over a decade, most recently as Executive Director of the St. John’s Status of Women Council.
As CEO, Winters will manage the operations of the organization and act as CEO of the Stella’s Circle Foundation. She began her duties this week.
