A Chapel Arm man facing a raft of stalking charges against more than a dozen people has been granted bail.
Brent Warren was set to be released this afternoon from the St. John’s Lockup.
He appeared in Harbour Grace provincial court by teleconference, where the long list of release conditions was read aloud by the Crown.
They include orders to stay away from 17 people in particular, as well as locations in Whitbourne and Chapel Arm, where Warren lives.
He must also stay at home between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. every day, with restrictions on driving, weapons and any device that can record video.
The charges against Warren include “repeatedly following from place to place the other person or anyone known to them,” and “criminal harassment by repeatedly communicating with the person.”
He’s also charged with flight from police and assault with a weapon.
Warren’s next court date is set for May 18th.
