Emergency services in Whitbourne will be closed for nearly a week starting today.
Lasting until next Monday, the ER at the Dr. William H. Newhook Community Health Centre will be unavailable due to staffing shortages.
Anyone requiring immediate attention is asked to go to Carbonear, Placentia, or St. John’s.
