The ongoing physician shortage will be impacting services at the Bonne Bay Health Centre in Norris Point for the next couple of days.
On-site services will be supported through a virtual ER beginning at 8 a.m. today until 8 a.m on Sunday.
Then, virtual ER support will also be in place from 8 a.m. on Monday until 4 p.m. on Wednesday.
A health care provider will be on-site during these times to assist with virtual care.
Anyone in the area needing emergency care during these times is asked to call 911 or proceed to the nearest health centre.
