A quick-thinking employee at a business on Military Road in St. John’s flagged down a police car early Sunday afternoon, just after somebody had stolen from them.
RNC began a search and quickly located a suspect.
A 31-year-old man was charged with theft and breaching court orders. He was held for court today.
