Metro police were Johnny-on-the-spot last night on Military Road. They saw someone go into the convenience store across from Bannerman Park wearing a mask, and leaving with a quantity of alcohol.
The 41-year-old man made a run for it but officers quickly caught up with him and took him to the lockup.
He will appear today on charges of theft and failing to comply with court orders.
