The Iceberg Alley Performance Tent is teaming up with the VOCM Cares Foundation on the sale of 50/50 tickets throughout the 10-day festival on the shores of Quidi Vidi Lake.

Jenelle Lambert, Development Coordinator with the VOCM Cares Foundation, says the proceeds from Iceberg Alley’s 50/50 will be split between them and the Make-A-Wish Foundation’s Newfoundland and Labrador chapter.

Tickets are $10 each and with 50,000 tickets printed, the winner could walk away with up to $250,000. The jackpot will be drawn under the big top on the final night, Saturday, June 24.

Lambert says the support from the Iceberg Alley Performance Tent means so very much to VOCM Cares and the numerous community groups and charities they aid.

As a small foundation on the island, Lambert explains that it can sometimes be difficult to get your name out there. She says music is universal and for everybody and it means a great deal to partner with the tent.

Tickets are only available at the Iceberg Alley Performance Tent from June 14-24.
