The price of most fuels saw an increase overnight, however gasoline fell slightly.
Gas in down 1.9 cents. While diesel jumped by nearly 5 cents on the island, and 4 cents in Labrador West.
Furnace oil is up by 4.17 cents, as is stove oil on the island. In Labrador West stove oil increased by 3.33 cents per litre.
Propane fell by about a cent.
Meanwhile, the Public Utilities Board has lifted its suspension of maximum price adjustments for diesel motor fuel and stove oil heating fuel in Zones 10 (Labrador – The Straits to Red Bay), 11 (Labrador South – Lodge Bay / Cartwright), 11b (Coastal Labrador South – Drum Delivery) and 12 (Central Labrador).
Maximum price adjustments for Zones 11a (Coastal Labrador South – Tanker Supplied) and 14 (Coastal Labrador North) will continue to be suspended pending commencement of resupply to this region.
