The 2025 Canada Games Host society has announced Atlantic Lottery as an elite sponsor and the exclusive presenting partner of the Volunteer Program.

Atlantic Lotto CEO Patrick Daigle says they are committed to giving back to the communities they are in, and they take great pride in Canada Games partnership.

Daigle calls volunteers the “lifeblood” of any major event, and says they are incredibly important to the games.

Karl Smith, 2025 Canada Games Board Co-Chair, says pulling off the games takes quite an effort.

He says over 5,000 volunteers will be needed, and they’ll be launching their recruitment campaign next summer.
