A 43-year-old Deer Lake man has been arrested and charged following an investigation into alleged possession and transmission of child pornography.
RCMP conducted a search at a Deer Lake home in February and seized electronics for forensic analysis.
Andrew Rogers was arrested this week and is facing two counts of transmitting child pornography and two counts of possession of child pornography.
Police say the accused was released on conditions designed to protect the general public.
His next court date is set for Corner Brook provincial court on Oct. 24.
