A man has been charged after a woman was taken to hospital in Corner Brook.
The incident happened on Shamrock Crescent in the west coast city around suppertime Thanksgiving Monday.
A 37-year-old has been charged with assault causing bodily harm, assault with a weapon and property damage. He is being held for court today.
The 37-year-old woman has since been released from hospital.
