RCMP have made two arrests and say further charges are pending as the result of a drug investigation in Conception Bay North.
Thirty-four-year-old Christopher Snow and 28-year-old Lucas Rowe were arrested on January 9th after RCMP conducted searches on two homes – one on Danny Drive in Harbour Grace and the other on a residence on Water Street in Carbonear.
Police claim more than 30 grams of cocaine were seized from Rowe’s Carbonear home, while smaller quantities were located in Snow’s Harbour Grace residence.
Rowe appears in court today, while Snow is set to appear in court tomorrow.
Rowe is facing a charge of possession for the purpose of trafficking in cocaine, while Snow is charged with failing to comply with a firearms prohibition and failure to comply with the conditions of a release order.
Police say the investigation continues with further charges expected.
