The provincial government is conducting a review of its minimum wage rate and adjustment process.
Government is required by legislation to conduct such a review once every two years.
A questionnaire is available online. Written submissions can also be submitted via email, and hard copies can be mailed directly to the Department of Environment and Climate Change.
The online questionnaire is available until March 16th, while written submissions will be accepted until March 29th through e-mail minimumwagereview@gov.nl.ca
The next change to the minimum wage is coming on April 1st when it will rise to $15.60.
