A Harbour Breton man is facing charges after the recent search of a home in the south coast community.

RCMP say the man was found in possession of cocaine, more than three kg of cannabis, 136 cartons of contraband tobacco and a quantity of cash.

The accused has been charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, as well as offences under the Cannabis Control, Excise and Revenue Administration acts.

He was released to appear in court at a later date.

The investigation continues.
