The regulated price of gas and most other fuels saw significant increases overnight.
Gas is up by 6.9 cents a litre while diesel saw a spike of 3.6 cents.
Furnace oil is also up by almost three cents, or 2.92 cents per litre.
Stove oil, meanwhile, increased by 2.53 cents in most areas of the province, except 3.32 cents per litre in Labrador West.
The price of propane bucked the trend, however, dropping by 2.7 cents per litre.
