A man was arrested after he was found asleep behind the wheel of a stolen school bus yesterday morning.
RNC came across the scene in a parking lot in the C.B.S. area just before 8 a.m.
The 39-year-old, who was conked out in the drivers seat, was arrested and charged with possession of stolen property.
He was held for court.
