Jerry Earle is reflecting on one full decade of being at the helm of NAPE.
Earle first took over as the president of NAPE back in June of 2015, defeating long-time president Carol Furlong in an election.
Earle says the job is just as rewarding today as it was a decade ago, but he acknowledges that it has been a challenging ten years, and admits there are challenges ahead, such as in health care. He says he is up to the task, joking that “I used to have black hair when I started and it’s certainly not black today.”
