Hazy skies over Newfoundland are the order of the day, a result of the wildfires out west. The situation won’t last for long though.
Wanda Batten, a meteorologist with the Gander Weather Office, says damp weather should take care of it.
There are no alerts or advisories related to the drifting smoke.
She says a system moving in from the west will start to flush things out tonight.
