One of the province’s most iconic and treasured buildings is in need of costly repairs and the St. Paul’s fundraising committee is hosting an event this weekend to help with the cost.
Images of colourful St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Trinity, one of the province’s oldest parishes, has graced calendars, souvenirs and facebook feeds for years, but now it needs a new roof.
Fundraising Committee member Wayne White says a fundraising concert is taking place this weekend featuring Kevin Collins this Saturday, June 28, at 7:30. He says the congregation is small, but they’re hoping that visitors to the historic community might like to help out.
