The provincial government has announced 15 new early learning and childcare projects for the west coast which are close to completion and approved for development.

The projects will represent 345 childcare spaces which will operate at $10 dollars a day.

Meadow View Childcare in Pasadena was the site for yesterday’s announcement. Meadow View will offer 67 early learning and childcare spaces when it opens its doors in the fall.

There are currently 11,200 early learning and childcare spaces in the province operating at $10 dollars a day or less.
