A 48-year-old who is on a Canada-wide driving prohibition has been arrested after he was found slumped over the wheel.

The incident happened just after 1:30 yesterday in a downtown parking lot.

RNC say the man was under the influence of drugs at the time and has been arrested for impaired driving, along with his charges under his driving suspension.

He was held for court.
