A 45-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with sexual acts against minors in Conception Bay South.

RNC say the man has been charged with sexual assault, sexual interference, and making and possessing child sexual abuse and exploitation material.

After being contacted February 2, police launched an investigation which resulted in the seizure and examination of a number of devices, and additional charges of voyeurism, possessing child pornography and making child pornography.

The accused was held to appear in court. Police say the investigation is ongoing and further charges are anticipated.
