A man has been charged after smashing out a window at a home in the east end.
Officers driving down Torbay Road last evening were flagged down by a man in the area of Highland Drive.
He told police that a man had just beaten out a window and pointed at the suspect’s vehicle, which was speeding away.
The vehicle was pulled over and the 47-year-old man in the passenger seat was charged with property damage.
The driver, a 47-year-old woman, was also cited for having a suspended licence and had her vehicle towed away to the impound lot.
