A teen is dead after an incident at the popular Leeches Brook swimming hole in central Newfoundland yesterday.
Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP and emergency services were called around 4:30 yesterday afternoon .
RCMP say the Exploits Valley Search and Rescue were able to locate the young person and brought them to shore. They were pronounced dead at the scene.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner is involved in the investigation.
