For the first time in over 30 years, RCMP cruisers are getting a fresh look.
The Mounties say the new design will improve visibility and provide a modern, distinctive appearance.
The new vehicles will begin appearing later this summer, but the transition will be gradual.
Current vehicles will remain in service until there are enough new cars for a complete fleet replacement, and they will operate side-by-side during the transition period.
