Registration is now open for this fall’s session of Becoming an Outdoors Woman workshop.
Hosted at Camp Emmanuel in Lewisporte, Becoming an Outdoors Woman is a three-day workshop for those who are 18+ and identify as female, and who want to learn outdoor skills in an inclusive and safe environment.
The workshop focuses on activities such as fly fishing, camping, navigation and orienteering skills, and even how to tow a boat with a trailer. In total, participants may choose four half-day courses out of 28 different activities.
