The RCMP are seeking the public’s help identifying a suspect following a break in at a cabin outside Lewisporte.
Police were called just before 6 a.m. last Tuesday to a cabin off the Newfoundland T’Railway, just west of the Road to the Isles.
No one was at the cabin, but the owner was alerted to the break in by their security system, and was able to capture the suspect on video.
Both the cabin and shed were broken in to, with damage caused to both structures.
Several items, including a power tool and alcohol, were taken.
The suspect was wearing a Reebok hoodie and dark coloured pants, and was carrying a flashlight.
