A super yacht – the largest single-masted yacht ever built – is turning heads on the St. John’s waterfront.
The M5, formerly known as the Mirabella V (five), is part of a fleet of sailing yachts used for private luxury charters and is owned by Rodney Lewis, the founder and president of Lewis Energy, an oil and natural gas drilling company based in Texas.
One of the yacht’s more distinctive features is its massive mast, which reaches a height of 290 feet above the ocean surface.
