The Newfoundland Regiment got their revenge last night at the Mary Brown’s Centre before a crowd of more than 5700, flipping the scrip on the Saint John Sea Dogs with a 4-2 victory.
It was a chippy affair, but the Regiment rallied, killing off penalty after penalty and scoring four goals, including an empty netter – despite being significantly outshot by the Sea Dogs.

Matthew Frost scored the first two goals for the Regiment followed by Phenwick MacLean’s first-ever goal in the Q.
Alexis Mattieu scored the empty netter.
The Regiment take on Halifax at the Mary Brown’s Centre next Friday and Saturday.
