A man who police say they caught red-handed trying to break into a house in Happy Valley-Goose Bay has been released with a future court date.
RCMP rushed to the scene after being alerted of the crime, and say the man was still trying to get inside the house, which is on Lethbridge Street, when they arrived on the scene at about midnight Thursday.
James Nuna, who’s 37, has been charged with breaking and entering with intent, mischief under $5,000 and trespassing at night.
