A man is facing charges of impaired after blowing twice the legal limit on the Burin Peninsula.
The vehicle was pulled over just after 11:30 Friday night on Creston Boulevard in Marystown.
RCMP say the driver, a 49-year-old man from Lewin’s Cove, showed signs of impairment and failed the breathalyzer.
The man was arrested and his vehicle was seized. He will appear in Grand Bank provincial court in November.
