The NLC is recalling some product due to a serious safety concern.

Landwash Smiling Land Light Lager 12-pack cans, lot code February 5, 2026, may be subject to higher-than-normal internal pressure, which could cause them to rupture unexpectedly.

Only the February 5, 2026, cans are subject to the emergency recall – all other products by Landwash Brewery are unaffected.

NLC has directed all liquor stores and agency outlets to remove all stock of the recalled product immediately.
