The final stretch of the Team Gushue Extension is finally open to traffic.

The section of highway from Kenmount Road to Topsail Road was paved back in 2018, but the last stretch has taken years to finally get completed.
The highway link required the installation of two roundabouts, an overpass, and the reconfiguration of Brookfield Road.

The link means that residents of the Southern Shore can now connect directly to the Outer Ring Road.
