SportNL says an update is expected soon on concerns raised about play in Alert Level 2.
The provincial government lifted more restrictions related to COVID-19 on Thursday, meaning more sporting activities can resume, but questions and concerns remain about some of the guidance in place.
Questions have been raised about how youth sports can operate with restrictions on cross-community competition and the operation of sports associations.
Todd Powell with the CBS Minor Baseball Association says they don’t understand why the Atlantic bubble was implemented while at the same time restricting local sporting activities.
He’s calling for a protest at Confederation Building on Monday.

Players cannot play against other communities, but the same children can attend daycare in a neighbouring community.
SportNL says it is working with government officials to address those concerns.
