The Opposition Health Critic doesn’t like what he calls the Health Minister’s “dismissive” attitude towards the concerns raised this week by the Newfoundland and Labrador Medical Association.
The NLMA is voicing concerns about the time it’s taking to getting the health system back to capacity.

PC MHA Tony Wakeham says this is a very difficult time for those on the waiting list. He says it’s about those in the province who have sacrificed greatly for COVID, who are now left wondering when their appointments will be scheduled.
