A donation from the Canadian Medical Association Foundation will help vulnerable populations struggling with the impact of COVID-19.
Two free public wifi areas will be established in Victoria and Bannerman Parks in close proximity to low-income housing and street outreach services.
The zones are set up on bus routes and shelters, transitional housing, housing developments, and outreach services.

According to O’Leary, there has never been a more important time to connect those who are socially isolated and help bridge the gap.
