A 48-year-old man will appear in court following a disturbance in the capital city last night.
Just after midnight, RNC were called to an apartment complex in centre-city St. John’s to reports of a theft and property damage.
Police launched an investigation, eventually locating and arresting the 48-year-old.
He was charged and released with a future court date.
