Angry parents who saw school buses whiz by even though there were plenty of empty seats are being assured that those wrinkles will be ironed out over the next few days.
Capacity on buses has been cut in half but parents in several areas say they saw buses that were nowhere near half capacity driving by children who needed public transportation.
Education Minister Tom Osborne says those situations do sometimes occur in the first week of school until administrators can put in place the courtesy stops.
He says it usually takes a few days to have a full understanding of the busing situation.
