The City of St. John’s is seeking the public’s input on its plan to address climate change.
The Resilient St. John’s Climate Plan will identify a 30-year climate action strategy to reduce greenhouse gas emissions while working to stabilize energy costs and create a sustainable future.
Along with accepting submissions through engagestjohns.ca, the city will be holding a virtual public engagement session on November 19 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. through Microsoft Teams.
The session will encourage community conversation and give residents a chance to discuss personal experiences and share ideas for the planning process.
