Mother Nature is taking direct aim at the west coast and the eastern half of Labrador for the next two days.
It’s a one-two punch with lots of the white stuff combined, in many areas, with high winds.
Some schools are going to be closed for the day as visibility will be an issue.
Environment Canada is predicting close to 30 cm in many areas including Corner Brook, the Northern Peninsula and parts of southern Labrador. Central Labrador gets off with about 20 cm as does the southwestern portion of the island.
Marine Atlantic ferries are sitting this one out today and possibly tomorrow.
