A 48-year-old Cartwright man has been charged after he was found to be over three times the legal limit while operating a snowmobile.

Police first received the call at 11:00 a.m. last Friday.

They found the snowmobile a short time later, parked at a residence.

In addition to being impaired, the man was also prohibited from driving.

The vehicle was impounded, and the accused will appear in court to face the charges at a later date.
