The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary is asking the public to report any suspicious activity near businesses in the metro region as several successful break and entries took place overnight.

The RNC says that between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. this morning they responded to several businesses that had already been broken into, and one attempted break and enter at a business.

Police shared a picture on Twitter of one of the businesses that had its window smashed in.
