Residents of St. John’s are being advised of potential connection issues when dialing 311.

The city says due to technical issues beyond its control, some callers may receive an error message when attempting to reach the information line. The issue is reportedly isolated to certain telecommunication providers.

Instead, you can use the service online, by email, or by calling 754-2489 (CITY).

The city says an update will be provided once the issues are resolved.
