A 37-year-old man is facing charges following an extensive investigation into a July robbery in CBS.
On July 30th, RNC responded to a robbery involving a firearm in CBS. Police were able to identify the suspect and a warrant was issued.
Last night around 9:30, police took the man into custody and charged him with robbery, using an imitation firearm, disguised with intent, and breaches of court orders.
He was held to appear in court.
